Cancellation Request Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations to a booking once payment (in full or deposit) has been made, the following charges will apply;

Cancellations more than 14 days from Arrival Date : $30.00

Cancellations 3-14 days from Arrival Date: $60.00

Cancellations within 2 days from Arrival Date: Full prepayment is retained.

Cancellations for ballot bookings will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
